What we do

All the work has been done. Your brand hits the ground running.

Sourcing is easy to describe and hard to do well. The Sourcing Club removes the guesswork: introductions only to accredited, reputable manufacturers we have worked with for years — matched to your product, your volumes and your margin targets.

Manufacturers

Vetted supplier introductions

Accredited, proven factories with real capacity for Southern Hemisphere retailers — and a working understanding of the MOQs that unlock best price, service and quality.

Speed

Elite lead times

Known strategies to fast-track production on every product — first to market, with stock-on-hand levels that protect sell-through rather than strangle it.

Raw materials

Tier 1 mills & trims

Accredited fabric mills across China, Bangladesh and Vietnam, sustainability fabric libraries, Australian Cotton programs, and nominated labelling and ticketing factories for consistent trims.

Standards

Quality & compliance

QA and QC training techniques measured against high AQL standards, plus expertise in Environmental, Social and Governance protocols. Ethically accredited suppliers only.

Logistics

Freight & shipping

Established relationships with freight forwarders and shipping lines for cost efficiency and improved transit times — landed price considered from day one.

Commercial

Margin strategy

Consultation to ensure your business is buying as efficiently as possible, including negotiated payment terms with suppliers. Different businesses need different things — engagement is flexible.

How we think

Sourcing decisions build brands — or break them.

Which supplier?

The right factory, not just a factory

Sourcing is often described as simply identifying and selecting suppliers. The key is finding the right supplier for your product. Through The Sourcing Club you gain access to vetted factories already proven on your category — no finding, evaluating and briefing from scratch, no wondering whether they're on the same page.

We introduce you to the suppliers best suited to your product and its variables, so lead times are met, quality is maintained and MOQs land at a cost-effective result.

Which country?

China first — but never China by default

China has traditionally been the country of choice for Southern Hemisphere buyers, and rightly so for many products — especially non-apparel. But we've been sourcing from Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Cambodia and Vietnam since early in the century.

We'll advise the best country of manufacture for your product, weighing landed price, quality and lead time — and if the advantage lies outside China, we already have the relationships to place it there.

Quality & value

It starts with the raw materials

Whether fabric, materials or hard goods, quality and value begin at the mill. With access to Tier 1 mills across the globe, your compositions are made with quality at the most affordable cost — and goods are measured against a high AQL standard, whether volume programs or tailored product.

The objective is simple: goods you would expect to pay more for at that level of quality, from ethically accredited suppliers only.

Reliability

Experience you don't have to pay for twice

A million suppliers will claim they can make your goods. Can they do it at the most cost-effective, highest-quality level possible? Our supply chain has endured every speed bump and pothole over three decades — and the lessons are built into how we work today.

Reliability comes from experience, and from manufacturers working only on products they know. Learn from our mistakes so you never have to make them.

Why the club exists
“Thirty years of sourcing across the globe built these partnerships. The Sourcing Club exists so my clients never have to start from zero.
